Refund Policy.

Any vehicle not passing "tech" will get a full refund, but will have to pay for general admission if they wish to view the races. Refunds for cancellations will be issued after the event. There is a $20.00 administration surcharge on all cancellations.

Pre-Registration Deadline.

All Drivers are asked to register prior to Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Registrations will be accepted at the Gate After that time.

Many fields in the Registration Form are required information. Failure to provide the requested information in any of these fields may result in a processing error and registration failure. If you do not have a Entry Number (car Number) please leave blank and we will assign one to you.

Entry Fee Payment

All Entry Fees must be paid at or before Racer Check-in.

Personal Information

Drag Wars will not sell or give out any personal information to any outside party. Drag Wars may use this information to contact you with any updates as required.

 2 weekend pit passes per registration*

 No extra charge for quick 16 or Flag Drop*

* King of the Street challenge is excluded.

Pit Passes

Extra pit passes for pit crew associated with a vehicle are available for $15.00/per day.

Pit Pass wrist bands must be worn and visible at all times. If you are not wearing a wrist band on your wrist, you will be asked to purchase one immediately or leave the event.

Everyone with a Pit Pass is required to sign a waiver form.

Children under 12 that are with a registerd racer and are not racing in the JR class will receive a free pit pass. These children must be listed and signed for by a parent or legal guardian on the Waiver form.
